First please make sure that you are using the right account for the right website.
Some users also experience issues with 2FA because the clock on their phone is out of sync with their authenticator app. You only have two minutes before 2FA codes become obsolete so if your clock is out of sync it may be showing outdated codes. To make sure that you have the correct time displayed on your Two-Factor Authentication App, please follow the steps below (example for Google Authenticator app):
- Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app,
- Click Settings,
- Click Time Correction for Codes and
- Click Sync Now.
If this is not the case, we will have to reset 2FA for your ICONOMI account. Please contact us, as you will need to go through our ID-verification process.
