Please make sure that you are using the right account for the right website. Also check that your phone and the Two-Factor Authentication App you are using are synced. To make sure that you have the correct time displayed on your Two-Factor Authentication App, please follow the steps below (example for Google Authenticator app):
- Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app,
- Click Settings,
- Click Time Correction for Codes and
- Click Sync Now.
If this is not the case, you will have to reset the 2FA for your ICONOMI account.
