There may be different reasons for this:
- Transaction confirmation is needed
In order to complete the transaction, you need to confirm your transaction with 2FA and also by clicking on the link in the confirmation email we sent you immediately after you initiated your transaction.
If you haven't received our confirmation email, go to your ICONOMI account dashboard, find your transaction and click on 'Resend email'. If you have still not received the email, please make sure to inspect your Spam folder before contacting our Customer support.
- “Hot wallet” is empty
Some transactions may be delayed because the "hot wallet" is empty. When we re-fill it the transactions will be released.
Please note that there are strict limits in place regarding our "hot wallet", to ensure a safe use of our platform.
- Larger amount transaction
Usually, withdrawals of smaller amounts are instant, but all larger amount transactions have to be processed manually (this also applies if we detect login from unknown device / IP / country / etc).
The deposit should soon be visible on your account.
