1. If you did not save your sixteen-character authentication key, we will need to reset your 2FA.
2. If you saved the sixteen-character authentication key you received when you enabled 2FA for your ICONOMI account (login 2FA, withdrawal 2FA), you can revive your existing 2FA on the new device.
Just use your authentication key (open your authentication application (app for 2FA) on your phone/device and manually enter the sixteen-character authentication key or scan the QR code you saved when enabling 2FA) to reinstall the 2FA codes in your authentication application and regain access to your account.

If your old device/phone is lost or stolen, we suggest immediately resetting your 2FA by disabling it, then enabling it again (you will be assigned a new authentication key).
