If you saved the 16-characters Authentication key when you enabled 2FA for your ICONOMI account, you can revive your existing 2FA on the new device. Just use your authentication key (the 16-character key or QR code you saved when enabling 2FA) to reinstall the ICONOMI entry codes into your Authentication application and regain access to your account.

In the case that your old device/phone was lost or stolen, we suggest that you immediately reset your 2FA by disabling it, and then enabling it again (you will be assigned a new Authentication key).
If you did not save the 16-character Authentication key we will need to reset your 2FA.
