Please make sure the recipient exchange/wallet you are using supports the specific cryptocurrency you want to send.
If you have sent cryptocurrency to an exchange/wallet but do not see it in your receiving account yet, we recommend contacting their customer support (it will help if you mention your blockchain TxID number).
When transferring cryptocurrencies:
- Enter a valid address (copy/paste, don’t type out the address)
- Make sure the receiving address supports the cryptocurrency you are attempting to transfer
- Before sending larger amounts, always send a small amount first as a test
Please note: All completed transactions on the blockchain are final and cannot be changed or reversed. Cryptocurrencies sent to the wrong receiving address will be lost forever! Only the person who has access to the receiving address has access to the cryptocurrencies located at that address.
