Please make sure that the exchange/wallet you are using supports specific digital assets. Because of the automation, most exchanges differentiate between ETH and ICN addresses/accounts, so please be aware of how your exchange handles them. You can view a list of all exchanges supporting the buying and selling of ICN tokens here.
A common mistake that occurs when people withdraw their ICN tokens to an exchange, is that instead of creating an ICN deposit address they send the ICN tokens to their exchange ETH deposit address. See our blog post for details. If you have sent your ICN tokens to an exchange/wallet, but do not see them in your receiving account yet, we recommend that you contact their customer support (it will help if you mention your TxID number).
Please note: All completed transactions in the blockchain are final, as there is no mechanism to reverse anything. Only the person that has access to the receiving address has access to the digital assets sent there.
