To verify your account to Tier 1, you will need to go through our verification process by:
- entering your nationality, personal data
- taking a picture (or multiple pictures, depending on the document) of your ID document and your face
- uploading proof of residence document.

Go to your settings page/verification tab and click the “Verify for Tier 1” button to start the process. Then follow the on-screen instructions

What does the Tier 1 verification process look like?
Select your nationality
Please use the drop-down menus where provided and click on your selection. Do not type the data in manually.
Take a picture(s) of your ID document and face, as instructed by the interface
This process can be repeated multiple times, so make sure the picture on your ID document is clearly visible and the text can be easily read before continuing to the next step.
You will then be requested to take a photo of your face to verify that you are the subject shown on your ID.
Note: Uploading in advance prepared pictures of ID documents or face is not allowed. “Liveness” check is conducted - a user must go through a “live” verification/picture-taking in front of the device camera (smartphone or computer web camera for example). In fact, what we capture isn’t really a selfie - it’s a selfie video. As part of the selfie-taking process, we ask the user to position their face within an oval on the screen, and then move a bit closer. The entire process takes just a second or two, but it allows us to capture hundreds of frames within that video to definitively assess whether the person is physically present, based on capturing the micromovements and other biometric data that senses liveness.

Upload proof of residence
- ID document (passport, national ID card, or driving license), if it includes your current address
- bank statement
- bill for utilities consumed at users home address,
- tax return
- certificate of residence issued by a government or a local government authority.
The document submitted must no more than 3 months old.
You can also submit other documents to serve as proof of residence such as government-issued documents, judicial authority-issued documents, documents issued by a public agency/authority, utility service company, or similar regulated service providing companies.
Wait for the verification process to finish
You can access your account normally even if your verification status is “under review.” Once the verification review is completed, your account status will change to ”Tier 1 verified,” boosting your account limits.
