To verify your account to Tier 1, you will need to go through our verification process by entering your nationality, personal data and taking a picture (or multiple pictures, depending on the document) of your ID document and your face.
You can use browser access to complete Tier 1 verification but for a smoother experience, we recommend using the ICONOMI Mobile app on your phone/device:
- ICONOMI iOS app. Available for download from the App Store.
- ICONOMI Android app. Available for download from Google Play.
Tip: Before you continue, please read the article "How to successfully pass the Tier 1 verification process?".
Go to your settings page and click the “Verify for Tier 1” button to start the process. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
What does the Tier 1 verification process look like?
1. Select your nationality
Please use the drop-down menus where provided and click on your selection. Do not type the data in manually.
Please note: Users from some countries cannot verify to Tier 1 at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are working to increase the list of supported countries/ID documents.

2. Take a picture(s) of your ID document and face, as instructed by the interface
This process can be repeated multiple times, so make sure the picture on your ID document is clearly visible and the text can be easily read before continuing to the next step.
Please check here whether your ID document is supported (list of supported countries/ID documents for Tier 1).
You will then be requested to take a photo of your face to verify that you are the subject shown on your ID.

3. Wait for the verification process to finish
You can access your account normally even if your verification status is “under review.” Once the verification review is completed, your account status will change to ”Tier 1 verified,” boosting your account limits.
