Please check that you entered the correct phone number.
If you did not receive a code via SMS or entered an incorrect mobile number, you can click on the “Cancel” button and reset your Tier 1 verification back to Tier 0 to redo the Tier 1 verification.
Cancel Tier 1 verification: Login > go to Account page > select “Continue to Tier 1 verification” > click on ”Cancel”
Then repeat the Tier 1 verification by selecting “Verify for Tier 1" on your Account page.
If you continue to experience problems there may be an issue with your mobile service provider. It can take several hours to receive the SMS.
