Please check that you entered the correct phone number.
If you did not receive a code via SMS or you entered an incorrect mobile number, you can click the “Cancel” button and reset your Tier 1 verification.
Then repeat the Tier 1 verification process by selecting “Verify for Tier 1" on your settings page.
If you continue to experience problems, there may be an issue with your mobile service provider. It can take several hours to receive the SMS.
