To verify your account to Tier 2, you will need to make an online video call. Go to your settings page/verification tab and click on the “Verify for Tier 2” button to start the process. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Tier 2: Login > Settings > Verification tab > Verify for Tier 2 > Follow the on-screen instructions
You will need to go through these verification steps:
1. Review the personal data you submitted for Tier 1 verification
Review your personal data from your Tier 1 verification and update it if necessary. Make sure the information you provide matches your ID documents exactly.
2. Online identity verification via a video call
Video call verification requires a working camera and microphone (any smartphone or computer with a high-quality camera will do).
Tier 2 verification can take some time to process. If there is a queue, we appreciate your patience!
Please note: once you have completed your video call verification, you can continue using our platform as usual. Your deposit/withdrawal limits will only increase after your verification has been fully approved. We’ll make sure to review your information as soon as possible!
