To delete your ICONOMI account you must send an account deletion request to the ICONOMI Customer Support team.
Please proceed with the following steps:
Option A.
Login to your ICONOMI account via web browser access.
- Login to your ICONOMI account
- go to "Settings"
- under the "My profile" tab in the "Account status" section click on the "Delete my ICONOMI account" button
- follow the onscreen instructions
- You will receive further information in your email inbox.
Option B.
Login to your ICONOMI account via ICONOMI mobile app (iOS app, Android App).
- Login to your ICONOMI account
- go to "Settings"
- under the "My Account" section select the "Details/Changes" option and click on the "Delete my ICONOMI account" button at the bottom of the screen
- follow the onscreen instructions
- You will receive further information in your email inbox.
Note:
If you submit your account deletion request:
1. You will lose all remaining balance/assets that are in your ICONOMI account.
2. If you are managing a Strategy with Copiers, your Strategy will be closed, and the Copiers' funds will be moved to the biggest Strategy based on ACS on the platform. The copiers will be notified.
ICONOMI will:
3. delete your account and information associated with it,
4. delete all Support tickets from our support system,
5. delete your contact information from all our newsletters mailing lists
(Important!: After an account deletion, the above-mentioned data cannot be recovered.)
Note:
Your request for your personal data deletion will be completed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, please note that ICONOMI will still be obliged to retain some of your personal data which are necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed (e.g. anti-money laundering requirements). All such personal data will be securely stored for a period of five years or for any other period specified by the applicable law.
