To delete your ICONOMI account you must send us an account deletion request. You can do so via our platform
Please refrain from requesting account deletion with the intention of creating a new one, as our policy prohibits multiple accounts per user.
Each ICONOMI account must be held by one person only, and each person may hold only one ICONOMI account.
If you are detected operating multiple ICONOMI accounts, this is grounds for suspension, as it is against our Terms & Conditions.
If you're facing issues with your current account, we urge you to contact our support team first. We're equipped to assist with various concerns, from technical issues to account modifications, ensuring you don't need to start over. Reach out to us for support before considering account deletion.
Account deletion request via our our web platform:
- log into your ICONOMI account
- go to Settings
- under the My profile tab in the Account status section click on the Delete my ICONOMI account button
- follow the onscreen instructions
- you will receive further information in your email inbox, and will need to confirm the request
Account deletion request via our our mobile app (iOS, Android):
- login to your ICONOMI account
- go to Settings
- under the My Account section select the Details/Changes option and tap the Delete my ICONOMI account button at the bottom of the screen
- follow the onscreen instructions
- you will receive further information in your email inbox, and will need to confirm the request
Note:
After your account deletion request is processed:
- You will lose all remaining balance/assets that are in your ICONOMI account.
- If you are managing a Strategy with Copiers, your Strategy will be closed, and the Copiers' funds will be moved to the biggest Strategy based on ACS on the platform. The copiers will be notified.

ICONOMI will:
- delete your account and information associated with it
- delete all Support tickets from our support system
- delete your contact information from all our newsletters mailing lists
Important: After your account is deleted, the above-mentioned data cannot be recovered.
Note:
Your request for your personal data deletion will be completed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, please note that ICONOMI will still be obliged to retain some of your personal data which are necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed (e.g. anti-money laundering requirements). All such personal data will be securely stored for a period of five years or for any other period specified by the applicable law.
