After contacting our support by email you will receive an reply asking you to provide us with the following information:
- The email you currently use and the new email you wish to use
- Your current Tier
- Details of at one deposit or withdrawal you have made with ICONOMI (currency, amount, date, transaction ID, etc.)
- Proof of ID
- An explanation of why you wish to change your email address
