How do I create a business (company/corporate) account?

You can create your ICONOMI business account for your company by following these steps:

1. Go to the ICONOMI home page and click on the Get Started/Register button
2. On the registration page select the Business tab
3. Enter basic company information and follow the onscreen instructions
4. Check your inbox for the confirmation email (check also your spam folder)
5. Set password

After completing these basic steps, you will be redirected to your new ICONOMI business account onboarding form/questionnaire:

1. To finalize your business account setup, you will need to add some company details. The ICONOMI platform will guide you through a form/questionnaire where you will be asked to submit:
   • background information about your company (full company name, business address, extract from your country’s business/company register, etc.)
   • company financial details (including source of wealth proof, etc.)
   • define a person who will be business account administrator
   • authorized representative's(s) information (name, home address, email of director, board member, CEO, procurator, etc.)
   • UBO(s) information (ultimate beneficial owner(s)) - owning 25% or more of the company (name, home address, email of a natural person, or basic company information for legal entities)
2. After submitting the application/form, you will receive an email (to the email associated with the business account) with a summary of the provided data.
3. The ICONOMI Compliance team will review the application.
4. You (person defined as business account administrator) have to register personal account on the ICONOMI platform and complete Tier 1 verification.
5. All natural persons you will list in your business account submission form/questionnaire (authorized representatives and UBOs) will receive automated emails with instructions/links to complete KYC (know your customer) personal verification. This is a requirement for completing the registration of your business account. You will have the option to monitor the progress of company representatives KYCs via ICONOMI platform business account dashboard.
