Step-by-step instructions

Exchanging your ICN for Securities of ICONOMI AG is simple. To start the process, go to our website, click on the “Exchange ICN” tab at the top of the page, and follow the steps below to complete the first phase (submitting non-binding interest) of the ICN exchange process.

IMPORTANT

If you have already submitted a valid non-binding interest (if your ICN has status “ICONOMI - Reserved for exchange/Submitted to non-binding interest for Securities of ICONOMI AG”; you can check this by visiting your Account page on the ICONOMI platform), please proceed to the "Important Steps and Dates" article not to miss further steps and deadlines.

IMPORTANT

The final round of collecting a valid non-binding interest will end on December 31, 2019 at 24:00 CET (“final non-binding interest period”). After December 31, 2019, submission of the non-binding interests will no longer be possible and ICN token holders without valid non-binding interests will not be able to proceed to exchange of ICN tokens for Securities of ICONOMI AG. All ICN token holders who will still have ICN tokens on the ICONOMI platform after December 31, 2019 will have the option to convert to ETH at the exchange rate valid at that time by contacting our Support until February 29, 2020.

Note: Your non-binding interest is valid only if you deposit(ed) your ICN tokens to your account on the ICONOMI platform and reserve(d) ICN for Securities of ICONOMI AG exchange and your ICN have the status “ICONOMI - Reserved for exchange/Submitted to non-binding interest for Securities of ICONOMI AG”; you can check this by visiting your Account page on the ICONOMI platform.

Step-by-step instructions for submitting a valid non-binding interest:

Exchange ICN: Log in > ”Exchange ICN” tab > Follow on-screen instructions

1. Log into your ICONOMI account or register for a new account.
2. Go to our website and click “Exchange ICN” at the top of the page.
3. Choose the “I want to submit my non-binding interest for exchange of ICN tokens for Securities of ICONOMI AG.” option.
4. Select your residency.
5. If you are not Tier 2 verified, follow the on-screen instructions to start the verification process. If you are not eligible for Tier 2 verification please read this article.
6. Continuing the process on the ICONOMI website, enter the number of ICN you want to exchange. Your full ICN balance is entered by default.
7. On the following page, read the disclaimer, mark your acknowledgment, then click the “Submit” button.
