DO NOT send ICN from an exchange (like Kraken, Binance, etc.) directly to the ETH exchange address on the ICONOMI platform. Use a private external wallet (like MyEtherWallet) whose private key you control. ICN sent from an exchange may be permanently lost.
ICN holders who decide to exchange their ICN tokens for ether (ETH) will receive ETH back to the same address they send ICN from.
Despite multiple warnings, some users sent ICN directly from their accounts on exchanges instead of from external private wallets (like MyEtherWallet). ICONOMI has no other option but to send ETH to the address the ICN was sent from. For some users, this means to their account on an exchange. Unfortunately, ICONOMI has no way to match users' personal accounts on an exchange. Only exchanges can credit/sort out the ETH they will receive from ICONOMI to users' accounts.
If you sent your ICN from an exchange, it will be up to the exchange how they deposit ETH to your exchange account.
Note: All completed transactions on the blockchain are final and cannot be changed or reversed.
