What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your ICONOMI account by requiring you to use an additional one-time six-digit code (six-digit one-time password), randomly generated in short time intervals and displayed by an authentication application (by app for 2FA on iOS or Android device/phone), to log in and to confirm withdrawals.

The most effective apps for 2FA (for iOS or Android device/phone) are Google Authenticator, Authy, and LastPass, but there are plenty of options, so feel free to use any application you prefer.

Please note: Withdrawals are only possible with login 2FA enabled (at minimum)!

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for the safety of your account, not only on the ICONOMI platform, but also for the email address associated with your account.
