Regarding browser not recognizing the camera:
There are issues at this time with some browsers, especially Safari, not recognizing the camera. We recommend executing the process on a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
It may also be the case that the browser permission settings are blocking access to the camera. Please read this article to help resolve the issue.
If the problem persists, please check the default browser compatibility and any user-specific or add-on/extension settings, as these may be blocking access to cookies or to the camera.
