Verification program does not recognize the camera

You can use your web browser or ICONOMI Mobile Apps (iOS app, Android App) to complete Tier 1 verification. For a smoother experience, we recommend using the ICONOMI Mobile app.

There could be issues with some browsers, not recognizing the camera. We recommend executing the process on a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.

It may also be the case that the browser permission settings are blocking access to the camera. Please read this article to help resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, please check the default browser compatibility and any user-specific or add-on/extension settings, as these may be blocking access to cookies or to the camera.
